Only test websites you own, manage, or are authorized to evaluate.

If you would not be comfortable telling the website owner that you are running the test, do not run the test.

Testing your own website, SaaS landing page, pricing page, ecommerce product page, plugin or extension site, agency site, or client website with permission.

Running conversion friction checks, trust-gap reviews, CTA clarity reviews, ad-readiness checks, AI-agent readiness checks, scheduled retests, and before/after comparisons.

Creating branded reports and PDF exports for legitimate client, team, or stakeholder review.

Do not test websites without authorization.

Do not use FrictionPilot for vulnerability discovery, penetration testing, credential attacks, scraping private data, bypassing access controls, or overwhelming websites.

Do not submit authenticated dashboards, private customer portals, admin pages, checkout sessions containing personal data, or URLs containing tokens, passwords, or secrets.

FrictionPilot captures public page evidence to generate customer journey reports. The crawler is intended to behave like a normal visitor reviewing public pages.

If a website blocks access, times out, prevents screenshots, or cannot be captured safely, the scan may fail or use partial evidence.

Users should respect robots, site rules, client authorization boundaries, and applicable laws.

Agencies and consultants must have permission to evaluate client websites before running tests.

Shared reports should be reviewed before being sent to clients. Reports may contain AI-generated findings and should not be treated as final legal, compliance, or financial advice.

FrictionPilot may limit, suspend, delete, or block accounts that violate this policy or create risk for websites, users, clients, or the platform.

Report credits may be revoked or restricted in cases of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized testing.
